Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Agba Vendor account and everything in it at any time, from inside the app. No email request needed.

Steps

Sign in to Agba Vendor on the web or in the installed app.
Open Settings from the menu.
Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom of the page.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

What gets deleted

Your login and email address
Your business profile: name, phone, address, logo, signature and bank details
Every receipt and invoice, including items, totals and due dates
Every recorded payment and outstanding balance
Your customer ledger, phone numbers, addresses and credit limits
All queued and sent reminder records
Every receipt PDF stored in the cloud for you
Your saved card reference and automatic renewal setting

Deletion is immediate and permanent — we cannot restore the data afterwards, so download any receipts you still need first. Local data on your device is cleared as part of the same action.

We may keep minimal subscription payment records where Nigerian accounting or anti-fraud law requires it. Deleting your account does not automatically refund the current subscription period. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
